Educational Supervisors

Each trainee will be allocated an educational supervisor for their ST1 & ST2 year. This will usually be the GP trainer from the practice you spend your ST3 year in.

The role of the Educational supervisor is to oversee your progress through the training programme, and offer support. You will have structured review meetings with your Educational Supervisor every 6 months, and these form part of your work placed based assessments on your e-portfolio.

You are expected to make contact with them at the start of your training programme.
